How to subscribe to ParcelAtlas

There are currently two ways to access and use the ParcelAtlas data.

Through the secured Silverlight consumer mapping application available at ParcelAtlas.com
Through the ParcelAtlas web-services API

Using the ParcelAtlas.com Silverlight consumer mapping application

The ParcelAtlas.com consumer mapping application is a Silverlight 3.0 web application which uses MapDotNet UX to allow users to search and visualize over 66 million property parcels in 660 counties throughout the US. Using the ParcelAtlas.com consumer mapping application users can:

Perform lookups for APN or Address
Visual the property parcel on a map or aerial photo
Property Value Thematic Mapping
Buffer a selected parcel to query surround property parcels
Export results to Excel format

Using the ParcelAtlas web-services API

Applications developer's can use the ParcelAtlas.com API to integrate the ParcelAtlas.com data with a consumer map services like, Bing Maps, Google Maps and OpenLayers. The API is web-services and can be used to:

Get map images (tiles) of parcels
Get vector shape of parcels
Get associated property attribute information
